I discovered that the bottom stair leading to "Under The Bushes" is bulit the way so you can rapidly "charge" your triple jump to get to the moon. I used this in my, awaiting to be verified, Luigi% run.

Its not possible. No glitches to phase yet, and you cannot jump high as the Scratch boundaries are blocking you.
