My intent is to subtract text differences. i've already done the math on Red Candle to be able to do that down to the frame. i've been lobbying speedrun.com people to add that feature since I moved the Nintendo-Records/Red Candle boards over here.
My intent is also to handwave the keese room differences because I'm not sure they actually matter.
Some of the Disk images going around are bad, meaning the containers are missing.
The WAIT times vary between systems. If you watch a run on Powerpak then it's really fast.
We subtract load times though. Just count the frames WAIT is on screen, and that's your load times.
Thanks for checking that. i'd just gotten home from SGDQ last night and was tired. :)
Oh I have no idea about LiveSplit submissions. Might want to file a bug report with them.
Good luck!
What do you mean "It submitted at?"
Just put in the time?
Moderating the forums is part of their mod duty isn't it?
If they're ignoring the forums then they clearly need replaced.
The prizes are now higher thanks to another donation!
I haven't gotten any emails for my notifications since the 27th.
That's a point. The new Retrons really do just have emulators illegally distributed on them.
That is, the company making Retrons is stealing from the people who write the emulators, and profiting from that.
To buy a Retron is to reward them for backstabbing the people who write emulators and share them with the community.
By that logic we should disallow ALL homebrew emulators since we already have the original console, no?
The point of allowing homebrew emulators is to make the games accessible to more people, so we look for MORE ways to make the games accessible, not fewer.
OpenEMU supports multiple cores, so you should match the core to the above list.
Neat idea.
Not sure what to think of that. I have to admit my first thought is to consider abuses, and I think there would be many.
The prizes have doubled! 500 to the winner!
