Emulators are first then banned if there stands " Emulators are banned " if you submit a run , but you can tick at " Emulator " so they aren´t banned.

Basicly , i think question to the Admins will be better to post on the Speedrun.com forums and not in a Game Forum. But you can submit a run ever if you PB. After the submission the Moderators will check the run and reject or accept that. Don´t be worry to submit too much Runs and welcome to speedrunning.

Region Changer and Homebrew Channel i guess , if you change the Versions. Only the Japanese Disk: I think you can it play as PAL and NTSC Disks but that idk really. Hopefull other People will answer this question better. :)

The requirements hears fine for me. So then it doesn´t hears hard to run for me cuz the hardest thing aren´t now a requirement any more.

Do you remember at the Level that you can play if you have all Boos in one " Chapter " have? My Question to this is: Have we do this Level? It is this Level where you have to capture a lot of Ghosts i mean ( i mean not E-5 OpieOP )

I think the main Thing why nobody runs 100% is the 3 star ranks ( and maybe the " have at least every kind of ghost once " thing ) But the difinition is really ok. There is nothing wrong i guess. So i prefer to run All Collectables% cuz there are the 3 star rank not there OneHand
