I don't know what I'm looking at but please make use of subcategories.
If people get over the fact that faster categories "should" be shown first, you could start displaying categories by prominence, competition, and popularity. It's subjective, but overall logical.

Everything past this seems to be in a good enough order. CTTR Low% being in the spot it is even makes sense by my suggestion already. No complaints past first 5.
NG+ requires prerequisites, as we need to have played through the game beforehand, or use a cheat to unlock all levels. Without starting from a new game with no cheats, in my experience, most would be thrown under misc. I know it doesn't do any good to provide examples, but I understand where you're coming from.

You should be able to adjust your OBS settings. Try streaming at a lower resolution with a lower bitrate (found in settings -> output and settings -> video respectively).
It was based on mistakes: "Please uncheck the "automatically verify" box upon submissions. Anybody checking this will catch the mistake."
You are so distracted by your own hate that you did not even notice that there was an error with a submission.
Different communities have different standards. Private videos are not video proof, and definitely are not ok for a 1st place run.
