It will vary from game to game, The game(s) in question would have an option to view full-game runs or individual levels on the lefthand side of the game page. Livesplit is the best way to time runs imo, but you can [usually] use anything so long as it's accurate.
Welcome! If you're the first person to run a game, you can decide whatever you want for the timer start :) Just make sure it's at a convenient place to start the timer, ideally the last option you have to select to start a new game [/imo]
If SM64 WR is allowed dropped frames, I think this game should be.

For whatever reason it was broadcast in the UK so I could have watched it, but I don't understand or care to learn about American football. I'm not a total sportsaphobe though, I do enjoy international soccer, both mens' and womens'. And darts too, though I don't think that really counts.
It wholly depends on how busy or active the mods are, could be minutes, could be weeks. If the mods of the game have been inactive for 3+ weeks IIRC, and are uncontactable on their social media you can request to be mod as a last resort.

@MylesMcCrone good to know someone else is looking at this game. I couldn't find anything at all about anyone speerunning it when I searched. I've found a nice little time-save on the scaffolding at the start, but haven't really played it that much (I've got the X360 version)
