Welcome and good luck :)
I suspect the game may be rejected without a run attached, so your best bet is to become the first "proper" runner and see where it goes from there.
Welcome! :) Good luck with learning the games - don't worry about comparing yourself to others, the most important thing is to have fun :D
I have read somewhere that it's up to an hour if you're saving to external storage. You can stream directly to Twitch from your X1 though, for a lot longer. Just make sure you have the appropriate settings on your Twitch account so it saves the video.
Oh, and welcome and good luck :)
I'd run a game if it was fun no matter what the level of community around it. That being said, I do enjoy routing and finding skips so I personally would lean towards the unoptimized games.
I'll always check out a streamer if they're playing a game I like to watch being played If I find the streamer personally entertaining then I'll watch them play games I wouldn't watch otherwise Chat interaction is always a nice touch but I wouldn't stop watching if they didn't
I use ShotCut, very easy to get used to, would recommend. And OBS for recording is nice. So basically just echoing what's been said before lol
Welcome aboard! Coob got me into the streaming side of things, he's a dangerous menace
The Elgato recording software allows streaming, but I've not used it so unfortunately cant say how god or bad it is
Late reply, but I did learn Episode 1 on the 360 a while back, am planning to re-learn and do some runs soon.
Welcome aboard! :D Always nice to hear another British voice in LPs :3
Glitchless would mean no BLJ allowed, which I imagine would change the early route a bit, for 120 at least, I'm not familiar with the 70 route. Also getting up TTM would be a bit more of a bother
Good luck with your runs and welcome aboard :)
There's tons of games that have different categories for different versions / patches, it's the ideal solution
I guess it's up to you, not as a moderator but because it's your run. I can't get the logic of replacing the WR with a slower time though, personally. If it were me I'd leave it
