I think something around that too, that would be pretty good, keep in mind that ILs have been updated a lot lately, so someday could actually be possible to sub 23 w/ DS loading times.

EDIT: Currently Any% TAS time is "21:08.08" and I wasn't really taking into consideration mini mushroom strats since they need an insane RNG and not a lot of people would grind for that.

The ruleset doesn't include warps, so no I guess.

I'm currently "working" on ILs but if something usefull come to my mind, I'll be glad to help. If someone wants me route a certain level with a specific powerup, feel free to ask since I don't have a certain schedule or priority.

Can you really do all the ILs without Rocket/Turbo Fludds? I've ran this game for a little a while ago and I remember that some shines require the other Fludds.

If point 2 is true, I guess Any%(warpless strats) won't be on the leaderboard too, right?

The secret exit is on 5-M and it doesn't need the blue shell. Also, some star coins are impossible/incredibly annoying to not be picked, I think collecting (and not spending, it woudn't even save time) should be legit.

Speaking of low% ILs, they'd be great but, sadly, any% and low% coincide so much times and a lot of ILs have already been done; I think the best we could do about it would be includind another column called "low%", like has been done for SMG2 with banktoads. Low% would fit really well IWs tho.

A "nice" idea could be using IGT adding a certain amount of time for each transition and counting frames at the end of the level, still inaccurate because of world map's movement but we're talking about a second per IW on the worst scenario.

Another thing: IL times could still be changed from min/sec to min/sec/ms, it'd require some work, but I think it'd be worth.

Also, I think alt exits should have separate IL leaderboards since they're faster in a lot of cases.

The new ruleset is fine and comfy for the runner.

Also,I think "Low%" and "All Levels" are categories that should be added.

EDIT: Choosing and changing the levels order would bring a lot of confusion (especially on any%). Doing things on a completed file'd give a more chaotic look and RNG. Timer should start on the first imput since the runner could die on purpose on x-1 in order to manipulate RNG and then start the timer. Starting without a choosen powerup wouldn't allow faster strats (see World 7) and put other RNG factors,so I'd like to keep it (maybe not allowing a reserve item could be better). That's what I honestly think, tell me if I didn't consider something :^)

Noticed that some of the World 1 RTA 100% runs break the rules of the category as me (didn't do that on purpose :1), Kylovic (and probably Drellmere) didn't unlock the warp as requested, despite this, all the runs got verified.

So I guess mods (or some of them) don't even re-time runs/Ils to verify that the run owner timed correctly.

I guess someone should talk to the mods of the site :P

I know what it feels to run a game that you can't really record but yes,a lot of people seem to not care about recording/giving information about their runs and the leaderboards of this game are very "unwelcoming" and "unprofessional".

Recording this game without a proper setup is annoying like every any other game but still doable and it'd better if runners would at least provide splits and/or "sound proofs".

I'm not a really good example but I'm trying to do what I can.

Also,I think should be modded more players known and trustworthy or at least that have solid proofs and not everyone who asks for it.
