Megaman has their own site for leaderboards and resources. Would probably recommend joining their discord under the resources tab on their site https://megamanleaderboards.net/index.php
it has existed https://www.speedrun.com/enviro-bear_2000

Well this one is an interesting issue. Submitted a Pacify Headquarters run for October 31st, got verified and lists October 30th for the run date? How would this even happen?
Everdrives are not allowed for any of the main categories. Some of the category extensions do allow the use of Usamune, so you'd have to check the rules for w/e CE you might have interest in (things like Non-stop for example).
I'll be honest, I didn't realize they sold HDMI cables that have the HDCP pass-through, so if HDCP cables actually strip the HDCP then there would be another choice. The 2 options would then be;
- PSTV -> HDMI Cable with HDCP Pass-Through -> HDMI Capture Card
- PSTV -> Standard HDMI Cable -> HDMI Splitter with HDCP Pass-Through- > Standard HDMI Cable -> HDMI Capture Card
If these are the 2 options, then option 2 is the way I currently have it set up. As long as the HDCP gets stripped before the capture card, it should work. I honestly don't know how HDCP HDMI cables work though so I can't substantiate if option 1 works.
edit: One thing i never mentioned is PSTV has the ability to play Vita (Physical/Digital), PSP (Digital), and PS1 (Digital) games.
Yes, it's an HDMI console that has HDCP built into it, so as long as you have something that allows HDCP pass-through you'll be set. Unlike the PS4 though, there is no option to just disable it, which is why you need that pass-through.
I noticed the PSTV had nothing listed so I can share with my PSTV setup, the main 2 things needed are an HDMI capture card of some kind like a lot of the top listed options as well as an HDMI splitter that has HDCP pass-through. This is the exact splitter I purchased about 2 years ago and have this paired with my HDPVR2 capture card. https://www.ebay.com/itm/224329381670
Nah DJBunyan has the right idea tbh. CZR can do sub-20 runs for 16 star with a drumset. Sometimes you just gotta go for it whether it's accepted to the LBs or not.
Have you actually looked under the Guides section here? https://www.speedrun.com/uncharted1/guides/mdznp
Even if you were to play the .wad through Dolphin, it wouldn't be accepted as either Emulator or VC since the only emulators accepted are the N64 emulators Project64 1.6, OpenEmu, and Mupen64Plus.
It's essentially an IRL timesave. Get the harder stages out of the way and if for some reason you do mess up enough for a reset, then you didn't waste the 6-7m CCM would've taken you.
@goldenONX should check the first sticky in the forums to see why the auto-reject bot was added in the first place.
Best bet would be contacting the TAS community itself, which their discord server is at this link https://bthl.es/0B
Simply put; as fast as someone can program the TAS to go, which as of right now is at least 38 seconds.
