A timer on screen is not required, only the in game timer is (if you want to submit with IGT).

You cannot change difficulty during your run, and you can use any difficulty you'd like except peaceful (unless you're running SSP ofc)

The run would likely be rejected for cheating, as the chance for such an event would be approximately 1/2^32

You can also record with an external device, like a phone.

IGT is in game time, RTA no loads is RTA without loads.

Java doesnt have many mods, they have a bunch of verifiers that are allowed to optionally work and optionally do nothing.

Also the same player had submit times to the same leaderboard on multiple accounts
