I assume for the 100% category we are allowed to do it in multiple segments correct?

No, runs are currently single segment. But breaks are allowed: Maximum 3 breaks within an 18 hour pool. After the 30 hour mark, and every 10 hours after, the runner will be given 1 extra break and 9 hours added to their pool.

However, we might consider adding a segmented category for 100% if there's enough interest for it.
