THE CATEGORIES DON'T HAVE RULES FOR TIMING

This is a real pain if I'm trying to verify a run, for example, in a few runs, timing starts when you enter the level, in other runs of the same category, the timing starts when you enter the game.

Please fix this

I had thought of the runs starting on the first frame where Mario appears and ending when the white ribbon at the end disappears.
