Last year there was a bit of activity in the 100% category and we decided to formalize those restrictions that were being actively run. Before that, the leaderboards were holding runs which weren't really comparable, for example 100% Hard had a variety of one-off runs such as No Ori OOB, No OOB, No Menu Glitches or Combinations of those...

We decided that only Easy NMG (which didn't have an explicit leaderboard before) and Normal No OOB had enough runs for meaningful comparison. Example discord snippet for reference: https://discord.com/channels/116250700685508615/706921650653757453/1305372274651562096

Note that the Hard subcategory is archived, so your run should be fine. If the leaderboard was restored in the future, it should still have your run. But for now we're not accepting new 100% Hard runs on the leaderboard since there wasn't any set of restrictions that enough runners were interested in.

You can of course always post your pbs in other places, such as the speedrunning discord, and potentially get other players interested in running the same set of restrictions.
