Can the Death Engine run be optimized further?
Current WR is 28 seconds and I was wondering if you could push it to 27 or is 28 the limit?
I believe theoretically it could be pushed down to a 27. The strat for that level is to clip the crystal into the reactor thing as soon as possible, but the thing is that the level loads in before you can even see. I feel like if someone timed it perfectly, and got the crystal in incredibly smoothly then they could drop it to a 27, but no way in hell is it getting past that.

the voice lines lock at 27 seconds, there might be a way to bypass this with a well-timed souvenier claim, but ieytd does souvenirs differently from the other games, where I noticed this.
