I died to the neighbour in act 1 basement and it skipped the act 2 underground segment. (this was done on the Xbox desktop version)
Oh. Some mods in another post stated skipping the act 2 underground is considered newgame+, and is banned on the leaderboards.
if you were doing any ng+ it would be allowed in an NG+ speedrun but not any%
