[RESULT] Removing runs without video evidence
The results of the poll are clear that we should only remove certain runs from the board. Feel free to discuss here what level of scrutiny we should have towards our runs.
A few options are rejecting only the WR spot (iEric's run), or rejecting the top 3 (iEric, Gardevoir, and RomPais.) If there are any other options you would like to discuss please bring it up.

This was mainly for consistency and to have an updated, easy-to-navigate, and easy-to-understand ruleset.
