You can request the game yourself. Submit a support ticket (Help > New ticket) under "Add a new game to Speedrun".

Also read the game request rules https://www.speedrun.com/support/learn/requesting-a-game and there are a few more rules on the ticket request page.

Although sometimes people don't like it when developers get involved in speedrunning.
