Hi im new to speed runs but on nexomon extinction theres a randomised setting in the custom could some on add that

Hey! Sorry but I doubt a randomiser category is feasible for the leaderboards since there are just too many variables that would change between runs. You can do those for fun between other runners though, I've done multiple randomized races against others in various games, but none of them ever competed for a leaderboard time, they're just meant as a fun novelty to spice up your speedrunning experience.

Then make a set rule set that has to be followed and shown before the run is started

Even if you randomize with the same settings, there's still gonna be too many variables between runs. The only way this would work is if everyone used the same seed

And even then, routing out and grinding a single seed kinda defeats the whole purpose of a randomizer

Yeah, the purpose of learning a randomizer kinda defeats the entire purpose of a randomizer run, basically rebranding it into a fancy any% run.

The discord is much more active with the runs either way, this place has been pretty much inactive for the longest time. I should've linked the Nexomond iscord to this leaderboard ages ago, I'm gonna go ahead and do that now.
