It’s self-explanatory: you get access to all special levels and beat them. You don’t have to get the last 3 royal seeds.

The 5th world Special World level is inaccessible without getting the Royal Seed anyway. Unless you can get to it by using Drill, I don't know about that.

unless i'm incorrect about when the true final level unlocks, isn't this basically 5 medals/all badges? as far as i know you need to have beaten bowser (medal 1), get all 10 coins (medal 2), all flag tops (medal 3) and all wonder seeds (medal 4) to unlock it.

i think he means just beat final not final-final

he said all special levels so i was simply going off of that

how about you already have everything unlocked and just have to beat every special level.

i was thinking of doing a race like this but it was more like. already have it all unlocked. start special level 1 and work your way around until you go to final final and win.. i think the question would be, to either do it while getting all the coins or to not get coins

I would say, dont bother with coins.
