hi, i was checking out that recording the gameplay really kills my framerate and makes it go slow, like 4 minutes slower than if i just played regulary.

i was considering just recording the screen with my phone to not lose fluidity, is that allowed?

yes, as long as its recorded in good enough quality to at least see whats going on
