I submitted my console ST World Record on the night of April 28th. However, the world record that another person submitted on the 29th was on the ranking first. My world record is not yet listed. (So I was never the best in the world.) What is the order of publication in the ranking?

There are 100's of Submissions. Some Mods start from newest. Some start from Oldest. So some will be done out of order. Maybe if ur run isnt verified in a week+ message a mod but otherwise its best to just wait.
We do them in the order we feel like. There are 8 of us working synchronously to ensure the queue doesn't back up. There is not a run in the queue older than 5 days old. Rest assured your run will be verified in due time.
