Help: What about chromebooks?

In advance, I'm so sorry I even thought about it...

The rules are very unclear about the potential to use a Chromebook for runs, it's a PC in the literal sense, but is an Android device functionally.

It's definitely not Windows 10 Edition, and sure Chrome OS is a wacky build of Linux, but I've fooled it into launching the Bedrock Linux Launcher from within the even greater mess that is the supported Linux VM, so I have to count that out.

Can I qualify it for Android? The same company oversees the OS rollout, and they both have native APK support and the Playstore, which means that the game would be running on the pocket edition client, and if all input methods are legal, Chrome OS supports both key input and touchscreen from game launch. Just doesn't feel very mobile to me... (and if it's also a PC, can I use the touchscreen or not?)

Understandably, the 1 GB of usable memory and abysmal drivers makes runs unpractical, but the question is about defining the grey area of the rules.

New proof rules for top level runs

For top Windows runners, you still have to do PowerShell verification.

For Ps4/Ps5, this rule
