This is the only game I’m good at to Speedrun on mobile but everybody else is really good to better then me if you guys can give me some tips that would be great!

They way mobile I set up makes it really hard to improve on Mobile because of the precise movements needed. If you want to get better, I'd suggest to move to PC. If you aren't able to do so, make sure you are playing on tablet for more space of fingers. So if I wasn't able to help.

watch IL's and WR or just trying to get really good at certain levels seems to help me

Well the thing is I’m terrible on computer I’m getting a computer but I’m so bad at obbys on a computer I’m way better on mobile

Best bet is to switch to computer and get good at that. Overtime you’ll get better and better. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a speedrun where the mobile version has a WR faster than the PC or even Console versions.
