max it takes is 15 minutes, it depends on the size of the bread your making.
unless you just treat the yeast process as a loading time of sorts.
It doesn't really make sense to just add random baking categories; they have to arise from a silly meme naturally

I'm not opposed to it, typically for other games I mod, I tell people if they make up a ruleset and do a run, I'll set up a board for it.
I try to avoid arbitrary runs though. Ones that are super short for the sake of being short.
