What does "OB" overboosting mean?
When doing time attack what does "OB" Overboosting mean in the rules? And how does it affect my speedruns?

From the OB runs I've watched on this website, it looks like it's a run where you drive the wrong way at the start, into the out of bounds wall, and turn around with a big speed boost: https://www.speedrun.com/b3t/run/yl497rkm.
