What about potential category's like 99 any% where you can do any of the any% glitches as a 99. or maybe 99 insane (rather then nmg in the forum title couldn't edit afterwards) and do all the levels as fast as possible as a 99.
Well I mean I have, just never timed it because I had no reason to time it. But I think it could be a very fun category. Basically a faster version of any%. I would run it.
I agree, this would probably bring a bit more attention to speedrunning the game. Especially a 99 insane% category.
This would probably be one of the most run categories and most fun (Any% NMG Lv99) to run because this takes the game and makes the player play it with the best stuff, as well as the lowest barrier of entry for speedrunning this game. All be it a more linear category than the normal NMG and Any% but I am surprised it's still not a category and was asked for about 4 years ago as well. Would like to see it as a category cause it gives a reason to run the game like this and the runs would be on average about 35ish minutes. Plus if some glitches are allowed it may add more depth but if you have every map unlocked due to have already have beaten the game on a lv99 the game may need a cheated save file with no map unlocks and lv99 etc. I would like to see the catagory.
Maybe we could add a subcategory to any% nmg, any%, any%ng+ to decide whether your running classic lvl 1 runs or 99. I'd also like a 99 insane Ng+ personally
