Are the boards even being moderated anymore?

I submitted a run 3 weeks ago, and I haven't heard anything back about it...

Not mad in the slightest, just curious.

My avalible time for moderation has recently become very restricted over the last month so yeah, thanks for bringing this up actually because I think you're right. I'll consider getting some new mods in to assist soon when I can. In the meantime I should be able to catchup up on things this weekend.

I would like to offer my assistance if needed.
