Probably not. OMC will always show up on intervals of 5. The WR would just be the one where he shows up at 5 seconds, and the runner can spam 'a' and 'd' quickly. Not a lot of skill, or time, required.

Rule Specification: Particularly for All Jumpscares, the rules were messy and not worded properly to understand in the eyes of a new runner so I organized the rules and made everything more clear.
