So I submitted a run done in 6:01, but a mod said "Runs that pause and/or load, and don't have a timer showing LRT will be timed using RTA." but I watched other runs and their timer paused when they paused the game, so I did this, but I ended up getting a 6:21, am I being stupid or something because I don't get it.
You did not have an autosplitter/load remover enabled in Livesplit, you were pausing the timer manually
Simply search for Poppy Playtime: Chapter 1 on livesplit and you can enable the autosplitter from there
Also I thought my Speedrun submission didn't go through so you might see one from 2 days ago with the exact same time
