Butter + tool question
Is it legal to unwrap butter before the run? I have the other ingredients opened ready for me to grab into, but can the butter be opened and ready to grab? I was leaning toward yes, but wanted to double check before hand.
Also is a plastic bench scraper a legal tool for use?
