The old version of Chex Quest 3 has a bug where the key doors in E3M2 act like normal doors. This obviously saves a huge chunk of time. Is this WAD allowed for speedrunning?

I think I may have seen the old version of CQ3 in the past, so this does sound familiar to me. I'd say if the old version were to be speedrunned, it'd either be invalid or in a different speedrun category.
