I've wanted to track the time difference between Wardner (left) and Pyros (right) for a few months now, at least in World 1. It will cost approximately 1 frame per second remaining.
In Wardner, you start with 3:00. In Pyros, you start with 2:00.
Here are some calculations for text time (with a very poor Wardner no Mori run :D).
IGT start IGT end diff IGT
Wardner no mori (japanese)
Witch 04:41.80 04:46.13 04.933
Wardner 1 10:43.55 10:48.18 04.963
Wardner 2 10:54.59 11:02.09 07.950

Wardner 2 -00.514

I bet Wardner World is similar to Pyros in terms of text.
Wardner no Mori and Wardner are approximately 4 seconds slower than Pyros.
So, after these calculations, my impression is that Wardner no Mori (Japanese) and Pyros have a similar completion time, while Wardner World is the slower one.
The opening cut scene is about 4.5 seconds faster in Wardner no Mori, but the run timer starts after. This is why I thought text was faster, but surprisingly, Wardner 2 text is slower. A big surprise for me.
Note, IGT is a bit challenging to compute with 100% precision, given a Livesplit of 60 Hz and a game at 56 Hz.
The same applies to the calculation of run times.
