I'm pretty sure I submit more runs than I get approved.Are they lost in the void and i need to re-submit? Also my some of my records aren't showing up as 1st place when I have the record

Don't see which one isn't showing up even though u have record but it would probably be because youve submitted in another time method than the other run Ingame time/Real time etc
