At the beginning, it's faster to pause and disable the relic auto-open, even though I lost time because I overdrifted when collecting the first relic piece.

In the second pillar split, I crashed into the door instead of going through it, and I had a couple other minor crashes, losing 9 seconds in total.

In "Trimming," I missed the plants TWICE, losing 10 seconds.

Other than that, this run is pretty optimized, although there are some other strategies on my to-do list to try out (like other cutscenes to skip) that could easily save enough time to make 28:XX easily doable.
