In Pokemon Speedruns, they allowed the Citra 1568 version for 3DS speedruns with this rules:
- The Emulator to be used is Citra Nightly 1568.
- The following options must be set: -- Pause emulation when in background: Off -- Emulation Limit Speed Percent: 100% -- CPU Clock Speed: 100%
- The submitted video should show that these settings are set before starting the run.
I think we can allow this emulator for Inazuma Eleven 3DS games. What opinion do you have?
I am fine with emulators. I should at least standardize them, but there's no reason to ban them - banning them would pretty much kill the scene given that there's not many runners in general and getting a capture device for DS/3DS is a major pain.
Those settings seem good, need to look for DS equivalents (if someone has any suggestions, feel free to say so)
