i originally shelved this run to go for sub 1.20 another day but that was in OCTOBER. i didn't realize it had been that long so here it is anyway. this can be so much better but it's just that much harder (ignore the 15.13 best section time, messed that up during reverse engineering work)

Due to the way SRC works, it is not very practical to implement seperate competition for each of the 13 boats on every track
