How does "any%" category work?

"From a new game, unlock and level up Moby Dick."

I didnt understand... "unlock and level up"

Start a new game and get moby dick to level ten this took me over 100 hours to do then I lost some footage so I don't recommend it.

I asked bozak to change the catagories around so any% might be easier soon
