DONE!!! Used some really stupid strats and they paid off here. No DragonSkin Cloak makes you a 2HKO against Basilisk, and slower than Ron at Lockhart causing him to cast once more after Whomping Willow. GG HP2.
Changes to Emulator Rules
Hey everyone, it was found that using Bizhawk for HP2GBC seems to save time on text mashing (my assumption is less lag), the exact amount it saves is unknown but it seems to be between 10 to 15 seconds throughout the run.
