On the way down the stairs, throw the muffin so you can walk on the muffin particles to boost onto the railing. Follow the castle parapet to the ladder. 2nd kill. Shoot near the door to distract the guards. Puts them into 3rd shot bullet lure mode. Shoot Sophia. Walk off the parapet to skip the ladder. Escape using the Interaction Skip by pushing the interact button while in the item menu.
