Why isn't it intended, as far as i can see he didn't cheat any of the exercises.

He was doing actual high knees in silent mode where it wants you to do squats to do high knees. This is taking advantage of the game's calibration. After deliberation it was determined that even though actual high knees are high knees, if you do it in silent mode it's against the games rules. Hope that makes sense.
