In order to ensure that everyone is starting the story at the same level could there be a requirement of clearing your save file before attempting a run?

Side note, is video required for a run submit? I can do it, but I don't know if it will look good. (I would film my tv/xbox from a tripod.)

Yeah, it does. You can take whatever you want to into the story missions, so you can grind out legendary weapons with good stats for the lower levels and just sweep them.

Might be best to split by New Game and New Game+?

Perhaps. I'm going to test some this afternoon and see how much of a difference it makes, if any. The strategies are all pretty much the same.

Ill test some, then get back to you about if I think it shout be split.

I think that having a category split would be too much. The game's level system keeps everything in check for the most part.
