Currently doing this on a casual playthrough and it's really fun. Same rules as 100% would apply.

This is very similar to the existing category "All Missions" except that only requires 42/61 Hobbies and 16 Misc (because you need 100% completion to unlock "The Last One"). A category requiring achievements is hard to make because you only get those once and it'll be hard to verify runs after the first attempt.

For what it's worth, you can just use Steam Achievement Manager to re-lock all the achievements for runs of that nature. It's what most communities use for all achievement runs, but it's kinda a pain in the ass
