This IL was completed during aprIL.

Now, there's a lot to unpack, but the main thing is mission marked vehicles. I spent quite some time figuring out how to get one before the first mission. The answer is duped Vigilante. After a few levels, the cleanup list looks like this: 1 (vehicle), 0 (nothing), 2 (ped), 2, 2, 2, 2... The idea is to overflow the list, but that gap is a problem. So after 100 kills (50 levels, probably can be less), you go to the criminal and hope he targets your vehicle. If they didn't, kill them and continue. If they did, crush your vehicle, get another cop car and kill the criminal. Make sure you wait long enough for your vehicle to be removed from the world. Do this one more time. Now the next criminal should have a marked vehicle that is off the list. Get it and cancel Vigilante. It is also possible to mark your own vehicle by going close to a criminal and hoping they target the car. Don't forget to get rid of blips before saving.

Next, om0 brings the save menu, which gives you controls in the cutscene. Finally, I abuse the "mysterious death" I investigated not so long ago to deathwarp. Unfortunately, you need to die twice to get to the hospital, so I used a rigged car.

There's one more strat I didn't use, so I will probably return to this some day.
