This IL was completed during aprIL and improved during May ILs Fast.

Nothing fancy. Just removed a few objects and used an empty F3 replay trick to skip the final line.

How to get blips: start I Scream You Scream -> wait for the briefcase to spawn -> start Taxi Driver -> repeat
