I would like the chrome Dino game to be added so we have an official leaderboard for score keeping of it. I have a run of it, and would be OK as mod if said Dino Game. We would require FULL video for scores.

maybe the speedrun could be how long it takes you to get a certain number, and dying isn't a reset? just an idea

Either way, you should DM Cytruss, because he almost never checks forums.

First to a certain score, first to get a game over, first to night theme (for the non-game overs, you could have one sectional where deaths reset andnone where deaths don't)

Also the speed slowly and automatically increases over time, unless we're using a different version than an official one

Alright let me answer everything here:

The Dino doesn’t follow site rules enough to warrant leaderboards, and it is a good thing that it doesn’t. It would be a bad game to track anyway.

@CytrussCytruss will not add the game no matter how much you try to get him to add it, which is perfectly reasonable.

@AndreMercuryAndreMercury That was added to the site a long time ago when rules were less stricter. And besides that there are no speedrun categories for the game so it is set up as best it could be, which is lack luster. Don’t need another leaderboard like it.

In chrome dino game, there are currently ways to go faster on certain parts using combinations between jumping and crouching and such, but I highly doubt chrome dino will be added to speedrun.com

I have no idea why this old as thread is active again, but I'm just gonna lock it.
