Is the newest build not good enough? what has changed?

The 2013 build is used for the Any% category, as you can go through the secret door instead of fully opening it.
For the current 100% route you need to use the 2019 build which allows to clip upwards which saves time.
Newer build is perfectly fine for Any% Glitchless but it has all the previously mentioned glitches patched.
