There's a way to skip the moving platform on the lavafall.
From the most top left position of the 2nd spider you can do a well timed double jump straight to the bottom floor skipping the waiting

I don't know if this was known, but I didn't see it on Any% WR run. I got a 27.70 IL with it and I'm not the best player.
