Frame data for shinespark?
I spent a few minutes trying to find exactly how long charge lasts after crouching, and also how long of a window you have to crouch after letting go of run – but couldn't find anything quickly. Wondering if anyone knows where I can find these numbers. Thanks!

the newly released Nintendo Switch Online version has been added as a platform for Speedruns. The game rules have been updated. If you want to perform a speedrun on NSO, you should carefully read the rules regarding NSO and follow the instructions.
