I've been watching for about five minutes now and the top scores keep getting deleted. Are they just being moved to a new leaderboard or is there some foul play going on?
Wow; that is a bigger change than I understood. I like the level filtering for 100 lines but didn't realize it would thus eliminate 0 start as a category. The statistic graph is gone for it. Almost seems a moot to grind for a Level 0 start PB now. Although more incentive now to push for Level 19 PB in 100 lines.
Maybe it's also cool seeing rcdrone having a level 0 start as fast as the top 12 times :D
oh yeah, lemme just sift through 5 different filters with 2-20 different options to see who has a good time on this leaderboard - no one, ever
I think what Rez is indicating is that a person new to the SRC leaderboards probably won't click/filter to see what used to be the 0 start category top times/runners. That history is now only preserved if you click through.
So at this point with everyone combined; the 0 start times are basically bottom and everyone is now encouraged to run the fastest level possible to move up?

In other words, rather than letting the majority of the community decide what way it finds competing enjoyable, one moderator (seemingly unilaterally) is trying to dictate how the community should be playing.
yeah he's right, there's only one filter guys
This is the dumbest change I've ever seen on a leaderboard. I almost got into this.... this change will prevent me from doing so...
wait did you just try and insult my z1 time? wanna race heads up right now?
Man you can definitely tell you made a banner unilateral moderating decision when you have to defend it by lashing out with insults. Attacking a new Z1 runner's time on a board that has nothing to do with Zelda, very nice.
I'm proud of Rez's quick sub-40 and so is the rest of the Zelda community. If you think you can do better, we have a tourney incoming. Put up.
question. why so defensive to the fact of hurtling insults to the responses of a change you decided on yourself that is so vehemently resented?
the board is changed, get over it?
wow man. you basically just said "I don't give a flying f about this community". exactly who the community needs moderating it's boards...
The "other guy" has a name. And if you are irate with him, address him instead of the global "you guys".
And for the record... watching the tournament for 0 lines the other day was fun and would be something I might want to run. This conversation and the fact that I would then have to navigate a menu, make it slide over, then scroll the screen down while making sure my mouse cursor doesn't move off the menu and reset it, to see my name, or have someone else see my name, for no reason what-so-ever, is about as idiotic as this run-on sentence.
i thought I was asking questions to a moderator but feel like I'm talking to a child.
do you feel your 1 voice should outweigh the community?? serious question.
Are you the voice of the community? I see you're a "A" voice. How do the other people feel about these changes and the opinions of those who aren't liking them. Also, who does like and want these changes?
