I've seen dark, zombiegabriel and thelonebanana skipping the game from going into a black screen after pressing "F2", "Start" and "Continue" i have no idea how they do that, it would really help if someone could explain how to do that and save some time

What they have been doing, as well as myself is a trick called fade skipping. When u are in the title screen or in any part of the run where the game fades in to the next screen/part of the game, u can press alt f4 and it skips the entire fade "cutscene".

At most it can save like 5 secs which isn't really a lot but it is useful at the end of the day.

But it is a bit risky as if u alt f4 too quickly or too late then the entire game can just close cause... U press alt f4
