Did this run a while ago but I did not knew about this DLC page. Anyways, time from "Normal" to the first frame of the "Complete" screen is 29:37. Time without loading screen is 28:34.

Insane chapter 3. The only really bad things about this run is all the skii-doo sections were awful, losing me at least 20 seconds total.

Sum of best is currently 28:41. I will try to go for sub 29 RTA as a final goal when I decide to come back to the game.
